Who we are
MS Connect LLC operates Kickverio Live Football Scores for Android and iOS. This policy explains how information is handled when you use Kickverio or contact us about the app.
Information we handle
- Guest access. You can browse without signing in with a Google or Apple account. The app may create an anonymous Firebase session to access football content. Firebase assigns that session an identifier.
- Sign-in and backup. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we use Firebase Authentication to receive an account identifier and, when provided, your display name and email address. If you use Apple’s Hide My Email feature, the address may be an Apple relay address. We store your followed clubs and leagues in Firebase Cloud Firestore so they can be restored when you sign in.
- Information stored on your device. The app stores your followed clubs and leagues, My Plan selections, appearance and onboarding preferences, and cached football content locally. The My Plan selections are stored separately from your cloud backup of followed clubs and leagues.
- Technical information. Requests to deliver football content may involve your IP address and request details. Firebase App Check may use an app or device integrity signal to help verify requests and prevent abuse.
- Support messages. If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and any information you choose to include.
Advertising and your choices
Kickverio uses Google AdMob to show banner and interstitial ads. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect or share IP addresses, approximate location inferred from IP, device or advertising identifiers, ad and app interactions, and diagnostic information. Google and participating advertising partners may use this information to deliver and measure ads, personalize ads where permitted, and detect invalid activity.
When required, Google’s consent tools ask for your choices. You can revisit those choices under Profile → Ad privacy choices when that option is available. You can also manage advertising or tracking permissions in your device settings. See how Google uses data from apps that use its services.
How we use and share information
We use information to deliver football content, authenticate users, back up and restore followed clubs and leagues, support users, secure the service, and support advertising. Google Firebase provides authentication, storage and app verification. Cloudflare helps host and deliver football data. Google and Apple handle their respective sign-in services, and Google AdMob and participating ad partners handle advertising. We may also disclose information when legally required or to protect the security of our service or users.
Retention and security
We keep account information and backups for as long as needed to provide and administer your account. We keep support messages and service records for as long as needed to resolve requests, protect the service, or meet legal obligations. Where information must be retained after an account deletion request, we limit retention to what is needed for those purposes. App requests to our production services use HTTPS. We use authentication and access controls for account backups.
Your data and account deletion
To request account deletion, including deletion of the cloud backup of your followed clubs and leagues, email info@msconnects.com with the subject Kickverio account deletion. Include the email address associated with your Kickverio sign-in or your Apple relay address if you used Hide My Email. We may ask you to verify that the account is yours before processing the request. Keep passwords and verification codes private.
You can use the same email to request access to or correction of your information. To remove downloaded football data, use Profile → Clear offline cache. To remove app data stored locally, clear the app’s storage where your device offers that option or remove the app from your device.
